2008 Scion tC, 5 speed, low miles, private owner, great shape

Sadly. the time has come to sell this car in order to fund my daughter's college tuition. I purchased it about 2 years ago in Texas and am the second owner. It has been free of accidents and other bad omens. It has a 5 speed manual transmission. the sliding panoramic moonroof. cruise control. power windows. ABS and a long list of other standard features. Pros: I take very good care of my cars. This one has only 64. XX miles. no rust. no body work. drive train is reliable and smooth. Everything works as it should. The interior shows minimal wear with no tears in the cloth upholstery. It smells clean and has never been smoked in. Within the past 2 years I have replaced the battery. the LED 3rd brake light. the rear hatch struts. the OEM floor mats (with an identical set) and its most recent oil change was about 1000 miles ago. I had a Blackstone oil analysis done about a year ago which confirmed that all is well with the engine (". Really nice report. Toyota engines tend to wear well; yours is no exception!"). I have the original owner's manual (including the first aid kit) and 2 key fobs. The car comes complete with pneumatic tires. Cons: About those pneumatic tires: they proudly hold their air but are nevertheless in need of replacement. They are not bald. but the wear bars are showing. The car has a few very tiny scratches and some road chips on the leading edge of the hood. One has to look pretty hard to see these. No dents. The right extreme lower edge of the front bumper has some rash from what looks like an encounter with a parking stop (see photo). One wheel has some clear-coat peeling in one place. but none of the alloy wheels have any curb rash. Please arrange for financing before you bid. I have honestly described the car. but no warranty is expressed or implied. I am not interested in any trades. A $500 deposit is due within 48 hours. and the balance is expected via a cashiers check within 7 days. I don't mind storing the car for up to a few weeks if necessary. I have the clear title in-hand. It is also for sale locally. I still drive it daily so the mileage will increase some. Note my 100% positive rating. including for several other vehicles that I have sold through EBay over the years. The car is located a few miles west of Asheville NC and I am happy to assist with a fly-and-drive.
