2006 Subaru Impreza WRX STi black AWD turbo - mostly stock, well maintaned

Really hate to part with this car as it's been truly phenomenal but I'm moving to a city and I don't really need it there. The car is in excellent condition mechanically and the body is in good condition. It's never been abused and has been well maintained by me personally. I'm the second owner, having bought it directly from the original owner with 30,000 miles on it.
I spent a lot of time commuting 70 miles/day (mostly highway) in this car, hence the high mileage. As evidence the car has not been abused, it has the original clutch and has 160k miles on the brake pads with original rotors. The timing belt and water pump were changed at 120k miles and fluids, plugs, belts, etc... have all been changed on schedule per the service manual. The engine oil has been changed regularly, every 4-5k miles, with Mobil 1 synthetic. The AWD system, including electronic center differential all work perfectly. The car runs strong and pulls hard.
The engine is 100% stock and has never been modified. Stock turbo with heat shield, stock exhaust except SPT muffler. Has a K&N panel air filter. It's on STi pink springs and I'll include the originals too. The pictured wheels are Enkei DM05 powdercoated flat black with good condition Bridgestone Blizzak snow tires (this car is a monster in the snow!). Also has the Subaru SPT short-throw shifter, front strut tower brace, and braided stainless brake lines installed. Includes a new Sony bluetooth receiver with aux in, USB, etc... I have a set of RallyArmour mudflaps for it but they're currently not installed. Other than these few modifications, the car is bone-stock.
Cosmetically, the car not perfect but is still in good condition. The front-left fender was professionally replaced 3 years ago due to another driver lane-changing into me. The front-right rocker panel was professionally repaired last fall due to a substantial rust spot that opened. I also had a new windshield installed last year as the original one was badly pitted. There are a couple spots of clear coat bubbling due to tree sap - the bubbling is stable but noticeable. The front bumper cover also has a large paint chip but isn't too noticeable as it's black plastic under the (black) paint. There are also some small hood and door dings from careless drivers in parking lots. The gasket between the spoiler and trunk lid should be replaced as rust is starting to show under the spoiler from water accumulation (a well documented issue with these cars). There is also some paint bubbling around the gas flap due to corrosion that will need attention eventually.
The rear struts make the well-documented STi "clunking" sound. I've taken them off and re-greased the sticking shaft seals a couple of times but haven't done it in a while. Apart from the noise, I don't find any impact on handling.
The car interior is in great shape though the drivers-side seat bolster shows some wear and a small hole from getting in/out of the car so much.
I have some parts and fluids I'll throw in too - a few oil filters, transmission oil, Subaru LSD oil (for the rear diff.), new cabin air filter, wiper blade refills, miscellaneous body clips, etc...Includes a new set of Hawk HPS brake pads as well as a second set of wheels - the original STi forged BBS wheels in silver.
The reserve price very reasonably reflects the condition and included parts and accessories. I can meet up to arrange delivery/pickup in southern NH or Boston area, otherwise shipping arrangements are the responsibility of the buyer.
