Description

I bought this minivan with 114k miles in late 2003. for the next 11 years it had served me very well. and i kindly returned the favor. by taking good care of her. Washed it thoroughly after every snowfall (salt). constantly washed the interior and treated the leather. Saw my trusted mechanic once a year for a look-over. did all oil changes at about 2500 miles (3000 is recommended). and i never ever used it to haul stuff. or heavy adults in the very rear seat. those are for kids only. Back in April. I was offered a steal of a deal on a 2011 sienna that was in the family since new. so i decided to keep this for my teenage son who will need a car soon. half a year past and im left with no garage where to keep this so it has to be sold. To be totally honest. I was contemplating upgrading to a newer car for about the last year. so i have neglected a few minor things that i would otherwise have fixed. (i never neglected important stuff. like an oil change)The good. Overall. all the major components have a ton of life left on them. my good care for 11 years is showing itself. Engine and Transmission are as smooth as they've ever been. Shocks and Springs also. there isn't a single squeak or rattle. no matter how big the bump in the road is. if i heard something. i knew there's loose stuff in the rear. The interior is in very good condition. so are the leather seats. Having cared for this for 11 years. i can honestly tell you. I would drive it cross country today. with no worries. (after some needed maintenance - see below) - in fact. I took it on a 700 mile trip just last year - to Bethlehem NH What it needs. I skipped last years tune up - so one is needed asap (time for a full injector cleaning. brake pads. and maybe a new battery)There is a small muffler leak. not very noticeable on low idle (when it reached operating temps)The right rear bumper cover came loose in a recent fender bender. some rust developed on that spot (see pics)Above that. that is a dent in the body from a fist bumpSome Dashboard bulbs are burnt out. One armrest came off - not broken. just needs to be put back onOne seat-belt in rear seat got stuck inside the panelRight side sliding door. outside handle needs to be replaced. I misplaced the remote fob - only have a Key. I'm trying to be as honest as i can with this. i will be glad to answer all your questions. good luck.
