FJ40

FJ40 1971 runs great. . Motor has 150 Psi in each cyl. Numbers matching motor all stock. This FJ40 has not been cut or drilled on and is pretty much the way it came years ago except for the rims and the interior light. Still sporting the stock spare tire and rim. The interior seats front and rear look to be original upholstery. Have the stock jack in the tool box under the seat. All lights work and switches are operational to include the windshield wipers turn signals. emergency flashers headlights. Has heaters front and rear. Front heater works. rear heater needs heater hoses. Have installed new suspension bushings. radiator recore. head redone with new valve guide seals and head gasket. Tires are very nice. New clutch pressure plate and throw out bearing. Brakes work great . Resent tune up wires. lugs ect. Doors need gaskets. Does not burn oil or smoke but does have some small oil spots when it sits for a few days. Because these older FJ40s are not smogged down they pull the hills on the road with ease. This FJ40 runs great and is turn key. I do have some paper work in the glove box along with a clear title in my name. I have owned for the past five or so years. Drive this one anywhere. Restore or leave it the way it is and have a dependable FJ40. There is no rust that I can see in the rear of the truck but there is two places under neath the kick panels . Floors are solid.
