1991 Toyota MR2 (RUNS ROUGH) NEEDS TUNE-UP AND BRAKES

This 1991 Toyota MR2 is running. but really rough. I were told by mechanic that is needs Full Tune Up and Brakes in Order to be properly running. It sat since 2008. I had work done like. Drained Gas Tank. New Fuel Pump and New Battery. The ties are still good condition. the interior is fairly goof aside from a few rips. the body paint is chipped and faded. i haven't really seen any dents. I were told the engine was replaced when parked in 2008 with used motor with 31K miles and the mechanic said it could be tru. but i don't believe it without receipt. It has been signed over from the original owner and I never completed my info on title so whoever buys will be second owner. I have only the what seems to be the original Title. nothing else. The car could be used as parts car or you can get it running right. This car should not be driven to location or anywhere in it's current non operational status. I drove it a couple times and the last time it felt it didn't want to stop. i were told the brakes needed to be bled since it sat for so long. once again. im not mechanic. I only have one key. which I has made. If I were to rate the car in it's condition it would be low 6/10 if that. Could it be a beautiful and great running car. im sure for someone into it. but I am not. I got this car for helping some friends move and had things done to it to try and get it to where I want. but i no longer want to put anymore money into it. The trunk lock is in the car. not installed. Please note that this is a fixer and not a derivable car at the moment.
