1969 Toyota FJ40

Up for sale is my 1969 Toyota FJ40 with a Chevy 327 engine. The body is in good shape but has some rust along the rear sill that needs to be addressed. as well as the rear portion of the tub about 1-2 inches back. The rest of the body is in great shape with little/no rust. There are no rust bubbles in the paint anywhere on the vehicle. It does have a rust hole on the inside drivers door portion. This is not a show truck by any means. but if you are looking for something to tinker with and put your own things in to. it is a great candidate. I think the lift is too high. as it is about 6 inches. It was originally on 38" wheels. but I just put brand new 33's on that have no miles on them. The exterior and interior has been Rhino lined sprayed. Exterior is metallic charcoal and interior is black. I would rate the paint 8. 5-9 out of ten. Engine is very strong and tons of torque. starts every time even in this crappy cold weather. The exhaust header gaskets need replaced but I am scheduled to have that done this week. so it should be all good before its sold. The drivers side window is cracked and needs to be replaced. I do have the new window. nbsp;just haven't gotten to it. There is the typical stray wires here and there that could use tracked down. but all seems to work. It has 2 brand new seats and $1. 00 set of new tires. It has recently had new pinions put on. and brake work completed (all drums. sorry). It is a perfect trail truck. or if someone wanted to put a little more into it a great daily driver. Feel free to ask any questions. I hate to sell it but have too many other projects going on to dedicate the time or space to make it what I want.
