Description

Clean title 1995 Toyota Supra Turbo with 173,174 miles on the odometer. The car was originally an N/A 2JZ-GE Automatic car, and it has been converted to an Aristo JDM 2JZ-GTE engine w/Getrag 6-speed transmission. RMM carbon fiber wing included with the sale. Title in hand.
I purchased this car 2 months ago after 2 years of trying to find a stock RSP Supra, however to be quite honest this car is just not for me as I feel as thought I ended up settling for a modified example. Due to my work commute and having to drive through traffic everyday I feel it may be better to find something else. Also, I'd rather have a stock example and I'll have to sell this one to save a little more to find the right one for me.
The car was originally built by a shop in Tennessee - High Velocity Motorsports. No documentation was provided by the performance shop regarding the build process, but you can still see the car on their website:

The car was originally sprayed blue including the engine bay and door jams. After the build was completed it was sold to a previous owner who was then involved in a crash involving the rear bumper and front passenger side fender.
The owner who I purchased the car from repainted the exterior Royal Sapphire Pearl (RSP) to it's current look. All dash panels, door switch panels, and ash tray were also refurbished by the previous owner.

Body Work - 7.0/10.0

The rear bumper that was used as a replacement was not of good quality. There is apparent body filler used on the right side underneath the passenger taillight. There is a gap underneath the driver taillight where the bumper isn't correct. Ideally I would replace this bumper if a respray would be done, however in the condition that it is in now, only you would notice when washing the car. Great car to be used as a daily driver with no regrets.
Paint - 7.0/10.0

The engine bay and door jams are still the blue color that was sprayed when the car was originally built by High Velocity Motorsports. The previous owner had the outside sprayed Royal Sapphire Pearl (RSP), although I would not classify the clear coat to be a true "pearl". From about 5 feet away the paint looks fine however under close inspection there are areas that have orange peel. A high grit wet sand would solve this.
The front bumper needs to be resprayed. There are areas that were not clear coated properly and are gritty to the touch. I'll let the pictures speak for themselves however I think it's important to point out that the current paint job is perfectly fine for some (although flawed in my opinion).
Interior - 8.0/10.0

The driver and passenger seats are in above average condition for most 1995 Supras. The rear seat leather has cracks on the top, but the lower and front regions are fine. Both driver and passenger door cards I would replace due to holes and vinyl warping. The dashboard has typical Supra warping around the passenger airbag and above the odometer. The floor carpet, driver and passenger mats appear to be new.
Engine - 9.0/10.0

Car was tuned at Mason Engineering in Jacksonville, FL. The car currently makes about 15-16psi boost from the waste gate spring. No boost controller is currently installed but all the piping and controls are there as this car used to have one. It was removed before my ownership. The engine has
all stock internals except for the upgraded cams.
The car has conservatively tuned to make 500whp. Dyno graph shows 488 but my tuner's dyno reads a little low. Expect to make 700-800whp with added boost. Engine pulls hard and video of last dyno tune can be viewed here:

No oil catch can is currently installed although I recommend putting one in. Piping is already there to add one if you wish.
Transmission - 6.5/10.0

The car shifts perfectly and clicks into all gears. The transmission is whining in gears 1-4, and faint whine in 6. This is common for Supras and might require a rebuild in the future. Based on feedback on the SupraForums, the transmission will work perfectly fine for an extended period if the whine does not bother you.
The car does leak a couple of drops of transmission fluid after a drive. I have not pinpointed the cause.
