It's unfortunately time for me to let go of my precious 1969 VW Beetle with the rare Autostick transmission ( that actually works correctly ! ) It has an incredibly low 67. 00 original miles on her !! This car originally came from Cali. so that means that it's in great condition with no rusted out floorboards. etc. I have put lots of OEM NOS parts on it as well. New muffler. New muffler tips. New fuel filter. New fuel pump. New in-tank fuel sending unit. New tires. New air cleaner. New oil screen. New oil. New spark plugs. New spark plug wires. New distributor cap. New electronic ignition (no more points and condenser). New steering wheel horn ring. New shifter contact wire. New mirrors. New shifter coupler. New shifter guide bushing. New front turn signal rubber seals (both)Carburetor has been disassembled. cleaned. and reassembled. The valves have been adjusted. And I'm sure that there are a few more things that I am forgetting at the moment . Note: The rubber mounts on the Autostick air control valve as seen on the left side of the motor are being replaced in a few days. so it will be held up correctly and not with the zip-ties as shown currently.
