1968 Beetle Autostick Convertible

Turn Key 1968 VW Converitble Autostick. 82. 06 miles. Has been totally gone over mechanically and has a new canvas top (2012) with new padding and headliner. 2012 Mechanics (79. 76 miles) Steering coupler. Push rod tube. single port head. front brake shoes major door rubber kit. fuel pump. tire rod end. chrome horn ring and new horn wiring at the base of steering column. new door stops. installed arm rests. new tourque converter seal. new clutch disc. new pan gasket. 2013 Mechanics (81. 43miles) New carb. distributer. 2014 Mechanics (82. 22 miles) New ignition switch. Brake rebuild includes new master cylinder. 1 brake line. Rear brake shoes and drums. New front shocks. Car runs fantastic and the autostick performs very well without any problems. Strong mechanically. and very solid body with new floor panels. Interior is decent (from previous owners receipts it appears the interior was totally redone in 2008) . Original no radio dash. I have the original owners manual. Car was resprayed silver in the 1960s by the original owner. paint is very poor. but has that rat rod appearance that some people desire. Chrome is all there. Needs heater cables and guide tubes.
