Waynesboro Auto Sales has just acquired this wonderful Westfalia camper and is now offering it for sale with no reserve!

It was just recently pulled from a 4 year hibernation and brought back to life.

This bus was pulled from storage and cleaned, he paint touched up where needed and was freshly undercoated to protect it for years to come. It has a new battery, ew spark plugs and freshly changed oil. The front suspension is tight and solid as it should be. We did a compression test of the 2.0 liter fuel injected engine and remarkably it showed each cylinder to have 150 - 160 psi each which is very good and proves the previous owners statement of a new engine around 2007.

It now gracefully starts right up. It runs, rives and brakes the way it should though I would recommend a full service tune up and a once over of the entire vehicle before any use since it has sat idle for a number of years. There are items that will need some attention but as you can see in the video and the pictures it doesn't need much.

It truly is an amazing little camper that just needs a new home and new owners to care for it .

This amazing camper package consist of a double bed upstairs and a double bed down stairs, ear dinning table, ink, ridge and lots of storage space to stow all your gear and then some!! The front and rear carpet is all original and in good condition. The camper pop top tent is original with a few holes but very usable the way it is. The camper interior is also in great condition with very little to minor wear for a 38 year old Westy.

A push button and toggle switch was installed because the previous owner had an issue with the ignition switch, he key is stuck in the ignition and wont come out. There are keys that works the door locks and the locking gas cap.

The bus was originally Sage green from the factory and was then painted a more lime green color at one point in its life. The paint is shiny and in decent condition as it is. The bus has been touched up (sprayed and or brushed) and patched up over the years a little here and there, ut as you can see in the pictures and on the video it really looks good for what it is. This truly is a solid Westfalia. I will tell you it is not museum quality by any means! nor is this a rotten rust bucket like many others out there on the market today. Although it does have some dents and dings mainly at the rear deck lid area.

It is good solid camper and can be driven anywhere.

If you're not worried about little imperfections then this is the bus for you!

If you are looking for a show piece please look elsewhere. This is a good looking driver/camper no more no less.

Keep in mind that this is an older vehicle and it is notnew, t was camped in and driven and has sat un used for a few years. You can expect normal wear and tear such as stone chips, ings, ents, ading, ust, irt, aint blemishes, oles, ips, ody filler, eaks and anything else that comes with a 38 year old vehicle. This is an old VW so there will be things that need fixed before you can just hop in and go such as... the sink needs a new pump switch, he fuel gauge is not working as well as the speedometer and some of the lights. I would recommend new valve cover gaskets. Also the battery light is on, o it will most likely need a new alternator installed, test showed it is not charging the battery. Little things like this will need looked at and repaired. Obviously the true mileage is unknown because it only has a five digit odometer and it is currently not working.

It is an old vw... you will have to turn a wrench and put money into it, ut if you are looking for a clean, riginal solid VW and you dont want to spend 30 grand than this is the VW camper for you.
