2000 volkswagen beetle GLS no title

==i do not have the title==i bought this beetle as a gas saver, an great on test drive. it ended up overheating on the way home, nd i had to have it towed. turned out it had a freeze plug pop out from sitting, hen i went to replace it i found that the timing belt was in really bad shape, o i bought a new timing belt, ensioner, ater pump, nd oil check tube. i stripped out a lower pulley bolt and gave up on it. all the parts new and old are with the car. i bought a new truck and since lost the title to the Volkswagen. selling as a parts car with a bill of sale. has lots of good parts. drove great before overheating. steering and suspension are tight, otor and transmission were responsive. interior needs a lot of love. passenger door panel and regulator were missing when i bought it.
