2000 volkswagen beetle glx

The title isn't clear it was sold to me with a unclear title but dmv informed me you can get a title bond to get it registered I have the paper work for you to fill out and will email it to you. The car runs has a new battery and ignition coil, il was recently changed, rive window doesnt roll down that's the only thing wrong.. needs a few cosmetic things but that's it. It's a turbo.
