Jetta 2.0 turbo almos immaculate condition/ Manual transmission

I'm selling my VW Jetta 2.0 Turbo almost in aimmaculate condition.The car has been drive at least forthe last 3 years (when Ibouthit) for adults only my wife and me, o kids, o smokers, o teenagers driving. We have provided the preventivemaintenance on VW dealers (we haverecipes to prove it) also mechanical repairs performed same place. The car ismanual transmissio, please payattentionon this: the car is manual transmission. nice condition heated seats (leather bounded) the color isbeige, nclude driver seat whit manual adjustable lumbarsupport, heydon'thave anyscratches,the sun/moon roof is working perfect, ll electrical system has been providedwithpreventive maintenance, rand newspare tire on trunk tools for replacement included.I still have the originalmanual of the car, bought the car as i mentioned before 3 years ago whit 119,500 miles the current reading is 142,363lessthan 10,000 per year. I use the car forcommute towork only from monday to Friday, eekends isparked in our garage most of the time so please add about 30miles daily from this pointforward cause i still driving the car to my work place. during the winter storms we keep the car in the garage to avoid damage to thechassis whiththe salt on the road. The car includehalogens and its respective control. is a gas saver car. AIr conditioning and heating is working perfect.
Iwould like to provide some works that the car needs to get done please read:1.Rear break pads needs to be replaced2.Replace heatedoxygensensor3.replace air flow sensor4.The radio/cd player screen is not showing the info of what yourlistening. "you can listen but youcan't see"5.The service enginelightis on because of the repair needed for the sensors .
At this point of my life I can say that this is the best car that i have drove, f your wonder why i am selling it the answer is because my family is growing pretty fast (2 baby girls) so i needsomethingbigger now to providecomfort to myfamily.
