1982 Volkswagen Deluxe Vanagon made to look like a Volkswagen 18 window bus with Plexiglas roof windows and a custom rag top that opens to a huge view. This van has a brand new rebuilt 2000 cc engine (371 miles) and clutch along with all of the original smog control since I bought it. The engine is backed by Tassi's Volkswagen in Colma CA. The custom front of this Vanagon has been made to resemble the earlier split window. This is a great, one-of-a-kind van that is fun to drive and every bit ready to show and use for events. The back seats easily come out to haul bikes, go mud camping, etc. It runs really well and passes smog in CA. Everything but the horn works. The body is very straight, paint is good and the bumpers are new (since pics were taken). I believe the car has never been in an accident and there is no rust. This van is fun and very clean but not in perfectly restored condition. The interior is a beautiful, new custom orange and cream to go with the new outside paint. The tires have about 75% tread and the suspension is surprisingly smooth, quiet and in great condition. The brakes and transmission are in good shape. The car also has a new Die Hard battery, professionally rebuilt speedo, complete set of seat belts front and back, clean title and a custom license plate. The Kenwood stereo allows for iPhones/etc to play and be charged.
