Hello All,
I am selling ( 2 ) 1996 Volkswagen TDI diesel Sedans, No Reserve Auction. The cars were donated to Charity by the same person and we purchased both of them, and now offering them to the public. Detailsand description of both of them are listed below. There appears to be many new parts under the hood of each unit.I am aGeorgia, so buy and bid with confidence.
Unit 1:
Will Start and run but requires starting fluid to get it started, once started the check engine light is on. The glow plug light comes on and goes right off. I moved the car forwards and backwards in my driveway I DID NOT road test it. The engine sounds good but did stall after running for a few minutes. The AC blows cold, body is in good shape with no rust. The inside in decent shape will need a good cleaning. The miles reading on unit 1 is 272,904 and there is a timing belt sticker under hood says belt was changed at 260,119 miles. Vin#WVWGG83A3TB195730
Unit 2:
Will Start with start with starting fluid but dies as soon as starting fluid burns off. Glow plug light comes on and goes right off. The alternator has been removed and placed in the trunk. As you can see in pics clear coat in coming off top surfaces, and there is no rust. Inside is in decent condition and will need a good cleaning. The miles on unit 2 reads 127,481.
