2000 Volkswagen Cabrio GL Convertible 2-Door 2.0L 100K Drives Great Mini Project

We bought the Cabrio to restore the vehicle. It got hit in the right rear bumper which put a little ripple in the right 1/4 panel and caused the right front seat air big to deploy. We never got around to restoring it but itsdefiantlya good low cost project to complete. We installed a new battery.The title is clean as far as we can tell (see the pics). I drove it for an hour prior to listing. The motor has plenty of power with no abnormal noises. The trans goes in gear without delay and has good shifts. The coolant temperature remained in the middle / normal postilion during the test drive. The miles makes the project worth while.
This is the last Cabrio project car we have. 100K miles great runner and driver. Vehicle took an impact to the right rear bumper which caused some hair line fractures in the rear cover and right 1/4 panel. The check engine light is on. The vehicle inspection is expired. The right front seat side air bag deployed, the air bag light is on. Some rust on both lower fenders like all the Cabrio's do. Right door molding is out of placement but attached. Left door has a circular 4 inch rust circle. Both front seat bottoms have some weave material wear / separation but I wouldn't call it a rip. A/C needs a charge. Left front window does not go down all others work.Radio turns on but is in the safe mode. Right rocker has a 5 inch scrape. The top has areas that are ripped / missing around the rear glass. These are all the major imperfections there might be some other imperfections not listed this is a used vehicle which needs work.
