Volkswagen R32 2004 70,000 miles Modifications 400+ HP tuned

The car needs tuning to reach 400 horsepower. Have the car in storage. Need to get rid of it within the week. emergency brake does not work as well. I'm not able to list all the mods as I am not too familiar with cars but this car is extremely hard to find with the miles it has. 2nd owner. Had it in a garage undriven for 3 years. Starts fine.
