2001 VW Beetle TDI Turbo Diesel Automatic, Good Engine,Needs Transmission Repair

2001 VW Beetle TDI, needs transmission repaired or replaced. Body is in fair to good condition with minor scratches and dings throughout. The right plastic rocker panel has been somewhat poorly repaired and repainted. The right rear fender has some scuffs and scrapes. The interior is very dirty, I have not tried to clean it. The engine runs well, no excessive smoke or abnormal noises. The car will sometimes move forward, it will not move in reverse. It does not work well enough to be driven, it will need to be towed. It has four matching Continental tires, front tread depth is 8/32 rear is over 6/32. I bought this car in it's current condition as a project, but decided I don't have time to do anything with it. PA inspection expired 05/16. I have some service history on the car via a carfax report from 12/2014, but no history between then and now. Besides the normal oil changes, brakes, wipers, etc, the timing belt was replaced at 62,048 miles, alternator replaced at 127,384. Current odometer reading is 148,148 miles. Clean PA title. Reserve is set at what I feel the ALH TDI engine is worth.
