2002 redneck engineering gettin' high chopper(wcc,occ,exile,big dog,ironhorse)

2002 Redneck Engineering Gettin' High chopper for sale. i bought the frameset in 2009 and completed this bike in 2010. it is titled in pennsylvania as a 2002 as that is the year the frame was made. the bike is titled in pa. as a redneck gettin high (not special construction).
