1983 BMW R65

1983 BMW R65 Airhead is in a great condition!!! The odometer reading is around 101300 miles. This motorcycle was fully serviced in the beginning of November this year. -Any old parts were replaced. -It has a new battery. -Tires are changed which only ridden for about 400 miles. -Oil was changed. The bike comes with all the bags in the pictures. (the helmet in the 1st photo is not included) It also comes with the owner's manual and the tool kit. If you want, can add the crash bars. Just let me know once you win the item. . The engine starts right away! Except when it is very cold, ou need to start with a little throttle then it will starts after a few attempts. This motorcycle is great for commuting and riding streets. The boxer engine allows R series to have the low center of gravity which makes it easy to handle. It is light which is a little over 400 pounds. It makes a great beginner bike. It shakes like Harley when the engine is started but it does not once you ride it. The most of people who own Airheads, hey try to rev up over 5000rpm but I love the lower rpm vibration and I think it has a great sound. It does handle the highway but it is not its strength to go fast even it can go fast. It handles between 30mph and 60mph the best in my opinion. This bike has normal wear and tear which has little rusts on exhaust pipes. It also has a smooth dent in the right side of the gas tank. The seat leather is a bit stretched but not ripped. One of the side bags has a little crack but does not effect the use.
