PA inspection, xpires August 2016. Tires are good and should pass inspection again. All lights and signals work properly as well as the horn. Yuasa battery is new one year ago. Buyer will receive a new dry Yuasa battery and battery acid.
It is a strong running fun to ride bike with a recent compression test measuring 160 psi in both cylinders. This bike can be run as is or restored/refurbished to the new owners desires. This is a motorcycle classic that will only increase in value. I'm selling because I have another '72 BMW R75/5, nd do not ride this one much.
As you can see by the photos, his bike has been modified from stock by a previous owner - I do not have theoriginal parts that were replaced. It has: - Mikuni carbs, roperly jetted - MAC 2-into-1 exhaust system - Low Euro bars - Deep oil sump - Koni shocks - Corbin Gunfighter seat
HISTORY: I purchased this bike in 2012 and have only ridden only about 1,200 miles. It is in the same condition except for a partial transmission rebuild this spring by Bancroft Vintage Motorworks in Kinsman, H, nd the addition of Napoleon bar end mirrors. Since I have owned it, have only run non-ethanol fuel and have not had any carburetor issues. It has always been stored inside while I've owned it.
