1972 BMW R75/5 - Monza Blue Toaster **NEW LOWER RESERVE PRICE**

You are bidding on a very good condition 1972 BMW R75/5 with the original Monza Blue paint, in striping & chrome tank panels. The frame and tank/fender paint, nd the chrome tank panels and side covers are in good condition with a few chips/checks and the patina of age, s you can see by the photos. This bike has been modified from stock by a previous owner with Mikuni carbs, -into-1 exhaust system, ow Euro bars, eep oil pan, oni shocks and Corbin Gunfighter seat. It is PA inspected until the end of August 2015 with good tires that should pass inspection again. All lights and signals work properly as well as the horn. Sale does not include the tool tray, ool set or pump - all are available through BMW parts dealers such as Hucky's BMW in Florida (bmwhucky.com). It is a strong running fun to ride bike that can be run as is or restored/refurbished to the new owners desires.Yuasa battery is new one year ago. Winning bidder will receive an extra new Yuasa battery that is dry.
I purchased this bike a few years ago and have only ridden only about 500 miles. It is in the same condition except for a transmission rebuild this spring by an airhead mechanic in Ohio, nd the addition of Napoleon bar end mirrors. Since I have owned it, have only run non-ethanol fuel and have not had any carburetor issues. I am selling because I have another 1972 R75/5 of the same color except with the larger touring tank, nd have decided to let this one go.
The bike is located in Edinboro, A and I can deliver the bike within a 120 mile radius for a $1.00/mile fee. Alternatively, he winning bidder can pick it up locally or I can assist him/her with shipping, ot financially of course.
