1967 BMW R69s
History: I bought this bike in 1978, rom I believe the original owner, nd it had 21,000 miles on it. The bike was bought from Legendary Ghost Cycles in Port Washington Long Island. See pictures for original workshop and owner manuals. I rode it as my main ride for a couple years kids came along, ew house, ada, ada, ada. Bike was stored in my heated basement and I had fits and starts of restoration..engine was totally redone (piston, ings, earings etc.) by a mechanical engineer see pics as a trade for building an addition, nd trans was rebuilt by a German mechanic who was employed by corporate VW in NJ before they moved to Michigan… Everything put aside in the late 80’s .. Started back on track a couple years ago and put thousands so far. Once you start, ne thing leads to another. Have thousands in invoices for all other parts and labor from Max BMW and Bench Mark Work .. They say to buy it done that it’s cheaper..TRUE STATEMENT.. So here is what’s done. My labor 200 hours??COPY LINK BELOW IN BROWSER FOR MORE PICTUREShttp://s224.photobucket.com/user/patrestaino/slideshow/Final%20BMW%20RestorationLocated in Jersey .. I urge potential buyers to ask questions or call or come over and kick tires.. I will helpfacilitateshipping but not be in charge or pay... $300 Non-Refundable deposit by Pay Pal within 24 hours.. Then call and will agree on method of final payment... Possible storage of bike in my heated garage after Full Payment.. This bike is on other sites and may be taken down if sold..
