2011 BMW S1000RR street Bike Clean Title

I am selling my 2011 BMW S1000RR Premium edition with Factory Traction Control, BS, nd Quickshifter. The bike currently has 21,149 miles. The first 12,000 miles were all street. The last 9,000 has been Mainly street miles with a few track days here and there. The bike has a clean and clear Kentucky title with the Registration renewed through 12/2016. The bike runs great. I just did the oil change, adiator fluid change, nd brake fluid change front and rear. I installed a new 520 chain and sprockets yesterday. The Pilot Power 3 tires only have a few hundred miles on them
The bike was never raced or registered as a race bike. The bike runs perfectly, ll the switches and gauges work perfectly
