A 1970 B44 BSA Victor with a 441cc single cylinder engine. I bought it after it had been stored for a number of years. The Amal carb was replaced with a new one. as was the chain. The seat cover was replaced with NOS. The engine was professionally overhauled and it has less than 20 (easy -trail riding) hours on the engine. The gas tank has the original paint and only one shallow and easily removed dent. The dent is in the bare aluminum portion just behind the paint and can be seen in the photos. The muffler was replaced with a replica or NOS. I don't remember which. It has a battery-less Mighty Mite ignition and. once you know the drill with the compression release. it starts easily. The forks are from an off-road Yamaha. The front fender is a plastic Pacifico and the rear is stock with the holes filed and both are painted silver. The rims are not rusty. but the tires are old. The engine and frame numbers match. It has an aircraft oil tank. and an external anti-sump valve. It is light. fun to ride. easy to maintain. fast up to 60 mph. and piece of motorcycle history. No title. Email me if you have any questions.
