1971 BSA B50MXGood example of an as-ridden B50MX. formerly owned by Britbike expert Phil Radford of Fair Spares America. Has correct conical wheel hubs front & rear. first-year forks with the side ridge on the sliders. and the rare original "skinny" aluminum gas tank (polished and showing a couple of minor dents). Many period accessories. including Sifton cam. custom-made CCM-style exhaust. green-label Akront shoulderless alloy rims. heavy-gauge spokes. Petty rear fender. Tommaselli hand controls & Gunnar Gasser-style whirlpool throttle. Bike has been parked on static display for the past 8-10 years and would need a simple recommissioning prior to use. Compression is good and the engine kicks over freely. A good candidate for AHRMA vintage MX. the B50 would need its missing left side panel/numberplate (included in sale) replaced to be track-ready. Tires' knobs are still sharp. The bike has matching engine & frame numbers (titled as a 1972). it is located near Barstow. California (stand is not included in sale).
