Von Dutch Kustoms "Stray" Chopper

This is a true one-of-a-kind custom chopper built by Von Dutch Kustoms! Not for thefaintof heart. ​'0​4​Softail style chopper frame​made to look like a rigid ​with 43 degrees of rake in the neck, 0 inches of upward stretch in the single downtube, nd 5 inches added to the backbone. The frame is connected to aVonDutchKustom's swingarm with a built-in 26-inch fender, hile the signals and license holder is integrated into the axle housing with signature billet covers. Suspension for the swingarm is handled by a Progressive Airtail system, odified byVonDutch, hile the air compressor hides in the oil bag​ a m​​odified a narrow glide​twisted​springer frontend from Denver's Choppers with integratedVonDutchFlying Eye series handlebars and tree attachment.

​T​he fleur-de-lis​design isincorporated​into a lot of the bike's components, ike the wheels and gas cap.​The crazy sheet metal one-up design in​​t​he gas tank was shaped with a flared over and under tapering back and was finished off with a pin-up girl on top. The custom oval oil bag is trick too, ith integrated control panel and air gauge. There is so many hidden details​ and no expensive was spared.​

​The driveline components​ including no ​ordinary motor, 113ci Patrick Racing powerplant would suit this chopper best. Then a Mikuni polished Patrick Racing carb along with a fleur-de-lis velocity stack air cleaner was fit onto the motor. A Primo Rivera open belt primary along with a Baker six-speed right-side-drive transmission was fit behind the engine. When it was finished, he bike was affectionately named "Stray" because it strayed from whatVonDutchKustom's was doing at the tim​​​​e. Featured in Street Chopper in 2009.
