1974 Honda CB750 Chopper

Bike came from Midwest- was originally chopped in '77, ut they kept original frame and raked triple tree. Bought the bike and rode it 40 miles to my home in its orig. condition. Completely replace front end with DNA springer. Re-did neck bearings professionally, ew apes, ounting hardware. Orig. Invader wheels front and rear- new front tire, ew battery. Had bike gone over by mechanic 4 years ago and checked everything. Replaced some wiring, pdated tailight, eadlights, nbsp;misc. Rode bike to Daytona for Bikeweek old schoolin (140 miles each way) No mechanical probs, ick and elec start both work. Still has shocks so not a rigid ride. Some chrome peeling on tranny housing, ike is not perfect.... But it's a crowd stopper! Metal flake paint is in great shape.
Bike is a hoot to ride! Totally old school...no front brake, o signals, o speedo (I use gps speedo app on my phone for distance and mph)Custom speedo on bike when I bought it showed 7495 miles. I have put about 600 more on it in 4 years. Rides straight, othin squirrelly.Just normal maintenance done.
Put a lot of time and bucks in this bike- health issues are causing me to thin down my stable.Very few like this around that are road worthy. Old bikes ride you, his one lets you ride it!
