First thing. if you are viewing this ad from a phone. please take time to view from a computer with a decent size screen. The bike deserves it. This is a very nice example of a customized Suzuki Titan 500. 1976 Suzuki Titan 500 twin cylinder two-stroke. My first motorcycle given to me by my dad was back in the 60s. so I am definitely a fan of these older bikes. They were mean. loud. fast. and cared nothing about government regulations. I get a kick out of it when I ride the bike here locally. Most people nowadays have never heard a two-stroke bellowing its noxious fumes from its two chrome pipes with its shrill high-pitched tone as it peaks to its full-throttle potential. I love the looks on their faces. It's a mixture of "what is that?" with a side order of contempt/disgust thrown in. Couldn't ask for more. What you're looking at here is a slightly customized T-500. I use the word "slight". because although it may look to have been extensively modified. it is not. The wrench has just been put to it in the right places. The frame is. on the whole. untouched. The helmet lock and the rear passenger foot pegs have been removed. and four tabs have been added to secure the gas tank. That's about it. The rear fender has been shortened. and the bike is wired with a simple on/off key switch up front. A lot of new parts have obviously been added. The Racemaster M&H drag slick in the rear is NOS. The Cheng Shin front tire is on/off-road design. That was recently purchased new. Bike goes down the road very nice. Very good acceleration. Brakes front and back are spot on. Starts usually first or second kick. Bike is running off of the original oil induction. Reservoir has been replaced with a Boy Scout canteen. Steel braided brake hose up front. all new wiring and fuel lines. Fancy ghetto gold metal flake with clear coat over. GOLD RUSH is applied on top of clear coat. so you would have the choice of removal if need be. Also. I am including the original M&H Racemaster decal that came with the rear tire when I purchased years ago. It is in one of the pics. placed near the rear tire on the brake hub. It is not actually on the bike. it is just placed there for display. Two things that need to be mentioned. I DO NOT have a title for the bike. It belongs in the "toy" status category. Ebay does not allow the description for OTHER when describing title. so I clicked on SALVAGE. Again. NO TITLE FOR THE BIKE. I do have a signed bill of sale that will go with. Also. the bike smokes a little bit more out the right side than the left. That could be the crank seal. I'm really not 100% sure at the time of posting. I had brought the bike out of storage. cleaned the carbs. and freshened up a few things like the front tire. fuel lines. air pods. paint. etc. and have only put about 7 to 10 miles on the bike so far. so I'm really not sure if that will clear up. Definitely does not affect performance. Bike really scats. Lots of fun. I'm sure there are some details that I may have missed. If you have any questions. please feel free to ask. COMES WITH SIGNED BILL OF SALE. Winning bidder has 30 days to arrange pick-up. If new owner needs more time. please contact us. We will easily work something out. Bike will be stored safely indoors.
