Hello: This great little bike has won awards and is always a favorite at shows that I attend. It always draws a crowd. I built this bike from several different single Ducatis. The frame is a 1965 Scrambler unit that has been cleaned of all little tabs. hickeys. and battery box (magneto ignition). It has machined billet triples. taper steering head bearings and new period Marzocchi forks. It has new Works aluminum shocks and springs. New 32mm Kehin carb with a proper adapter. New high compression piston and Ducati race cam. A correctly ported head. not "hogged" out. A high flow exhaust that is surprisingly noise tolerable. Raised lip aluminum rims with stainless spokes. Great paint but one small little bite just above the right side Ducati decal (picture should show this) that probably will never be noticed. Extended clutch arm to reduce strain on old hands. Aluminum handlebars. aluminum rear fender ( rubber isolated) and fiberglass front fender. New chain and sprockets. new controls. nbsp; new tires. All of this powered by a good low mileage 5-speed bottom end with the cylinder up totally rebuilt. 20 miles on the complete rebuild. This is what you would build if you were not so worried that you were destroying the value of that wonderful vintage Ducati. It is what you would have done if you had the money when you were 18. and had this bike in 1966. Great bike. and comfortable to ride. not that 2 X 4 hard chisel up your butt. I do not have the original title for this bike. I can give you one and an original unmarked stick-on like Berliner put on the frames but it is up to you to do that. I will give you a bill of sale with the bike also. This bike has not been run in 6-8 months so it probably need some refreshing and some new gas. You can pick the bike up or have it shipped. I will cushion certain areas. shrink wrap it and mount on a pallet for $100. 00 We can talk about shipping cost after the sale. I do not charge over my cost for shipping. Or you can arrange your own shipping from my shop. What I will put into the "shipping charges" area is the $100 for the prep for shipping. Of course that does not cover any shipping charges. If you want it completely crated I can arrange to have that done but I will charge what the crating company charges me. I will accept Paypal. bank transfer or USPS money order for this unit. I will accept a check but will not ship until it has cleared my bank. Please send questions and I will answer to the best of my ability. Please note that this bike is for sale on other sites and locally so I reserve the right to take it off the auction at any time. Cheers. and good luck.
