I am placing this bike up for auction a second time as it did not reach the reserve price two weeks ago. I have lowered the reserve and adding a "buy it now" option (reserve is set lower than buy it now). This bike is in excellent condition. I purchased it from the Hitching Post in MN back in 2012. I am the second owner ofthis bike and purchased an extended warranty from XtraRide Powersports that will also be included with this bike. There is only one minor blemish and that is a smallcrack (less than an inch) around one ofthe lower right side fairing screws (see pic) that is barely noticeable and only upon close inspection. The rest of the bike is in great condition. No dents, cratches or cracks on the rest of the fairings. The bike has never been down and has been stored in a heated garage each winter.
Late last year, hile I had the bike in storage, had the 7500 mile service adjustment completed by Ducati Minneapolis. This included the valve adjustment, il change and belt change. In addition, also had them install new Pirelli Diablo Supercorsa tires on the front and rear (tires are great and have barely been used!). In 2013 I had a new high-end dry clutch installed by Ducati Minneapolis. This is a Wagner-Lewis lightweight pro clutch that is handmade in California by Leif Lewis (see website: wagnerlewis.com). The clutch is extremely well made and is everything that it claims to be on the website. I have had the clutch for nearly 5000 miles and the clutch still sounds like new. There is no groaning or annoying noise that comes when you slip the clutch from a stop light. The clutch lever has a great light feel and changes gears very quickly. This is almost a $2000 value.
The bike also includes: dark tinted windscreen, izoma clutch cover (chrome), ail seat cover and Ducati bike cover (red). Will also include the rear passenger foot pegs and rear seat.
