1973 Ducati cafe racer

1973 DUCATI 350 CAFE ROAD RACER PROJECT BARN FIND 23YEARS OLD Rolling chassis. unfinished vintage road racer project bike which requires finalassembly. I believe the parts included to reassemble this bike are about 95% complete or better. Themissing items of significance are the rear brake shoes. outer rear brake hub. rear brake actuating armand there are no rear shocks. All parts for reassembly shown in the photos were brand new at the timeof purchase in the early 90's. Receipts for the majority of parts and motor work included. Motor: Serial number: 114831. The motor was sent to Euro-Tech a Ducati race shop in Holly Hill. lorida. The cylinder was bored . 010 over. both bottom and top end were built with the bestcomponents used at the time on bikes running the vintage road race circuits. Forged Borgo 10. 5 : 1. 8Aluminum piston with new ring set. Mega 564-390 race profile cam. Norris race springs. Reworkedcrank shaft. balanced. Carillo rod. Head ported. dual plugged with Heli-coil inserts. new valve guidesand Norris race valves. New HD racing clutch. Dynamo converted to 12 volt. Set-up for Rita electronicignition with dual Dyna coils. Syd Cycles race megaphone . New Amal 34 MM smooth bore carb withwedge angle intake manifold. The motor has never been run since it was built. But it has been kickedover often thru the rears and is completely free with very strong compression. All receipts available. Frame / Suspension / Brakes: 1973 Ducati 350 scrambler frame with minor modifications for seatmounting. brackets and clutter removal. New fitted tapered head bearings installed. Forks are rebuiltand polished units from a 1971 Triumph 650. New Grimica. double leading 4 shoe front brake. rearbrake hub modified with added third support bearing. Two new 18” Akront rims laced with 9MM HDstainless spokes. New but aged Avon Venom X tires. Body work and miscellaneous components: New Syd's Cycle slim line fiber-glass fuel tank. Fiber-glassracing seat [used]. Used fiber-glass upper half race fairing also included. Front fender. Rear splashguard. New Magura forged aluminum clip-on's. New Magura brake and clutch levers with new Magura¼ turn throttle assembly. Chrome rear-sets. Many chromed bits and polished alloy pieces. Full set ofS. S.
