1962 Harley-Davidson Touring Duoglide Panhead

Up for bidding is a 1962 Harley Duo Glide.
Owned by me since 1996 and completed the upgrade/ rebuild in 2001.The bike has been ridden 6700 miles since then.
Chassis; The original frame,swing arm and skid plate have been powder coated black.The front fork legs and head light bezel are original and have been polished.The original seat has been recovered in leather and has a gel pad insert and has the original handrail( note it has never been repaired(rare), r re chromed.The saddlebags are from " Iron Bags" from Eau Claire Wisconsin.Beautiful House of Colors blue paint is show quality.Police Special speedometer head (although bike is not).
Engine; The cases and jugs are the originals.86" S&S crank and rods wiseco pistons. STD dual plug pan/shovel(exhaust) heads with compression releases.Brand new billet distributor with 12v electronic ignition( kick starts very easy),Cyclelectric 12v alternator.Brand new S&S Shorty Super E carb and intake.Brand new battery.All engine and trans work performed by Maynard Mills at Flodyne in Denver Colorado.
Primary;BDL 1" Belt drive.
Transmission; Original trans case with Andrews internals.JIMS countershaft.
Extras;Service manual. $15000 appraisal in 2001.(reserve is much less)
Clear title that does match the engine cases.
Runs and rides great.
