1958 Harley FL Panhead DuoGlide original paint

This is an original paint 1958 Harley-Davidson Duo-Glide FL Panhead. The bike has never been restored. It is all original paint except for the front fender which was repainted many years ago. The front fender tip is an Eagle Iron HD replacement part from the early 1990's. There are no other repop or replacement parts on the bike. It's basically an all original Panhead. The bike fires right up and runs great. I recently serviced the bike. It's ready to ride. The carb was rebuilt. rear brake rebuilt. clutch cleaned. chains adjusted and new battery installed. I also had John Bordas rebuild the speedometer. The bike was AMCA judged in 2014 and scored 95+ points it's first time out. The 1958 Duo-Glide is one of the most collectable antique HD's. It is the first year for the Duo-Glide model which revolutionized the full size line of HD's. It is also the last year for the plastic gas tank emblems and plastic front fender tip. The bike also has the original white painted saddlebag carrier which was only used on early 1958 Panheads. Also included but not pictured is the original chrome rear luggage rack.
