1972 AMF Harley Davidson 65cc Shortster

Extremely rare barn find. Bike appears to be complete with a layer of years of dust. What I do know is I tried to gently roll the engine over but it didnt and I'm not going to force it. Shifted the trans in and out of gear with the trans linkage because I dont want to possibly damage the shifter arm. This is something that would go over extremly at bike shows and probably win trophies because who is going to have any competition in this class. Seat appears to be complete with only a small dime size tear. I want to be as clear as possible about this bike because it should go to a good home that will either keep it as is or completely restore it. I dont want to do anything to make this any harder for the person who gets it. I bought this to save this part of history. While most of you will say its from the AMF era I guess you dont understand how much it means to make sure something like this doesnt disappear because someone decides their 12 yr old needs a toy to destroy.
