PROJECT Harley Davidson 1959 KR (listing photo not the actual bike)

Trying to help my friend selling this project KR. He had a plan to restore it. but after finding out that this might be the actual one of 10 KR's made 1959. he says he is not capable doing such a restoration. that this kind of bike needs. Neither he can afford to have it restored professionally. We believe. that this is the real deal. but to be 100% sure . ??? On the other hand my friend bought the bike about 10 years ago. and at the time it was titled to his name as a road legal motorcycle. He just discovered maybe a year ago. what it might be. To our understanding at some point it has been in California. and possibly shipped to Sweden and then sold to Finland. where the bike ( basket case : ) is located right now. At some point bike had been converted to a road bike. and was registered to road use in Finland. So far we have found out. that the #'s on a cases seem original and true from factory. frame is correct. cases. cylinders are correct except the rods are not. and so the crank is then questionable. Front forks seem correct also. More pictures with all the parts available too. It has a clean clear Finnish title. no paperwork titles from U. S left.
