1985 Harley Davidson sportster 1000 NO TITLE PROJECT BIKE

Up for bid is a 1985 Harley davidson sportster 1000 which has NO TITLE..I bought the bike because I was going to rebuild with new custom frame but just haven't had the time so I am giving someone else the chance. The bike sat for a couple years before I bought it a few months back. I brought it back changed oil, ought new battery, leaned carbs and she fired right up. I do have a video of it running if you would like to hear it. It may need a new cable or an adjustment cause when I put it in gear with clutch in..it still stalls out. Has a clean tank. The frame under the seat has a hole rusted through it..which is why I was going to customize it and wasn't worried about the title. any other questions please ask.
