1973 Ironhead Sortster Project Bike

1973 Iron Head Sportster project bike.The title is clear. It has an S&S stroker crank and carburetor. I have not calculated the size but the engine is larger than stock. parts are still available from S&S for this crank. It has been machined for a dry primary which is included. The bike has a weld on hardtail and a lot of the welding and fabrication is finished. There is a stock oil tank and anoctagon tank thatI custom build for the bike. It still needs ports and a fill neck.Most of the parts needed to finish this motorcycle come with the bike and many extra parts! Two sets of forks are included, set of stock forks and a set of vintage springer fork with bearings. The springer forks are very cool but need rechromed or painted. it also comes with two seats in good shape.A nice King and Queen chopper seat and a nice solo seat. The valve covers are already polished.The jugs and heads have been blasted and are in very good condition but havegotten some surface rust since.The tank is a vintage coffin tank in great shape and the bike is set up for it. Most of the parts to build this bike into asuper cool chopper or bobber are here with some parts to spare. I have too many projects right now to finish this bike, ut want to see it go to someone who will love it. This bike has a ton of potential if you have the skill to build it.
