1975 Honda GL1000 Goldwing, Nice

This is a must see to appreciate bike I am selling for a friend. He has rode it every summer for the last 10 years and ran great. End of last year it ran poorly because the carbs. need cleaning. Think the floats are sticking. It is like most older things it don't like this ethanol that turn to water after a couple weeks. It is in great mostly original shape with low frame 1001970 and engine 1000574 numbers. the mileage is 71464 original. Paint is original. The blue is factory and as you can see looks great with a few normal lite scratches but nice for a 40 year old bike. It has had the ends of the exhaust pipes cut off and these tips put on it before he bought it. see pics. It has aftermarket rear shocks. Progressive front springs and shocks. Front fork "Super Brace". Replaced front steering roller bearings with cone shaped ball bearings. It has Dyna Coils and wires. Has Dyna Electronic Ignition that replaces the points and condenser. Steel braided brake lines. Good front and rear tires. Owners manual and tool kit. This bike has been taken very good care of and shows it. It really is a must see to appreciate.
