I wrote down the mileage wrong its 7349 not 7389 miles, hich is when I realized the odometer is not working because it had not moved in the couple of times I rode it!looking at the bike and how it runs/rides and that it wasn't on the road since 1983 The mileage is still believed to be correct and sworn to by the original owners daughter and the 1983 registration on the bike when I bought it

CANCEL EVERYTHING ABOUT THE ODOMETER !!!! IT IS AND WAS WORKING!! BETWEEN ME AND MY SON GETTING THE MILEAGE OFF THE ODOMETER IN THE GARAGE SOMETHING WAS LOST,WHEN I LOOKED AT THE PIC OF THE ODOMETER TAKEN 2 WEEKS AGO AND THE CURRENT MILEAGE I REALIZED IT WAS WORKING I JUST HAD WRONG MILEAGE NUMBERS ON PAPER AND JUMPED TO THE CONCLUSION THE ODOMETER WASN'T WORKING
