I want to start by explaining that I have been selling here on eBay for almost ten years with my brother under his eBay account. We have since moved apart so the time has come to start my own eBay account. I understand eBay and all its quirks very well. I describe and picture all of my items honestly and accurately. So, espite my low feedback score rest assured that you will have a smooth transaction. Thank you for your understanding.
Listed here is a Honda CR500 swapped in a 2004 CRF250R aluminum frame. The CR500AL is widely known one of the most potent combinations out there. There were no shortcuts taken with this build. All of the work was done by a certified motorcycle tech and certified TIG welder. Clear title.
The base chassis is an 04 crf250r. Engine is a 95 CR500Engine fully rebuilt and everything inside is to oem spec (except bore)
Engine was machined one step up from oem to 89.5mm
Wiseco piston kit with new wrist pin and clips
MillAr racing engines machined the head with a better squish angle so there's no unused fuel. They also installed a decompression valve in the head for ease of starting and to prevent kick back.
Installed new reed valves
Brand new Keihin pwk Carburetor
Lots of billet pieces here and there
New kick starter assembly
Pro Circuit platinum pipe and t304 silencer
Pro Taper billet foot pegs
New cr125 swing arm bushings
All new radiator hoses
Crf radiators modified for the cr500 engine
Water pump fully rebuilt with new bearings and seals
Full engine gasket and seals kit
Hammerhead brake pedal
IMS shift lever
ASV brake lever
Renthal bars
Black excel wheels
Boysen covers both sides
Rebuilt forks
All new fuel lines
Acerbis 2.9 gal tank
Red billet wheel spacers and rear blocks
Shark fin rotor Gaurd in the rear
Comes wih paddle tire on a wheel ready for the sand
Cp500 conversion kit was used for the build.
The bike runsbeautifully. The pictures represent the condition of the bike very well. The kickstarter area on the engine case broke and has been rewelded and reinforced. During the time of repair all internal engine seals/bearings were replaced. This bike has been used for a handful of hours since the rebuild. This is a used offroad motorcycle so expect normal wear and tear. Shipping will be the buyers responsibility but I am willing to do what I can to help the process. A $500 Paypal deposit is due within 24 hours of auction's end and the remaining balance will be due within 7 days of auction's end in the form of aUSPS Money Order.
