Description

As you can see from the photos my bikes do live in a heated garage when not being ridden. also this bike has been used exclusively on our trailer trips. I am 65 yrs. old and have been spending some time and money here intending to give it to our grandson. He is not that interested turns out. so I am selling it. The bike is an original with 687 total miles. The engine has 42 miles on it since rebuilding the engine. ( it runs great ! ) New head. a lot of new parts inside and out. all shafts in great shape. new tires. new chain. new cables. new brakes + the front forks were rebuilt. ( prior to 1970 the CT90's had a 'leading link front suspension' which basically didn't work all that well ). The high/low transmission is a real plus out west here too. This bike also has a reserve gas tank with lock. The front forks lock with a key. I have the original tool kit. original CT90 owners manual. and the original mirror. I spiffed up the look with new aftermarket mirrors. The 'buddy seat' on the luggage rack works great for transporting a passenger. I will sell this with a notarized bill of sale since I can't locate the title and use it off road as I mentioned ( see current Colorado trail registration stickers on lower front forks ). Getting a title and plates is not difficult in most states due to the age I'm told. I just never saw the need since I've ridden off road on our camping trips exclusively. These motorcycles are so much more interesting and durable than the modern equivalents that are currently being sold as commuter rides! Thanks for looking. Large on the cool scale. but I guess you know that. Starts 1st kick & purrs. You might find a nicer one somewhere if you could transport yourself back in time. but I seriously doubt it. Probably should have washed it before taking these photos. but you get the idea here. ( "cherry" original with rebuilt mill ).
