1988 Honda Shadow VT1100 Barn Find, Less than 2400 miles

The Bike was originally bought for the first owners wife. Turns out she wasn't the riding type, o the bike sat in a garage for 20+ years in south west Phoenix, t this point it had right around 2k miles. It was then purchased by a gentleman in central Phoenix who rode it for a couple hundred miles and decided he had to have a Harley. Then it comes to us, e had the same model in the early 90's and were looking for another one. We found this one in Phoenix, ard to believe the miles, o of course went over it with a fine tooth comb. It still had the original tires, ate coded 1988 (the guy was a fool for riding on those), till full tread buy dried out and cracking. Every nut and bolt was original and just like sitting on the show room. I replaced the tires, nd it's the smoothest bike I have ever seen. Somewhere along the line something fell and hit the gas tank and left 2 small dents, ee photos. One side of the tank is a little sun faded, ust have been facing a window. Fork seals were replaced from sitting, ewer battery, addle bags, mall windshield, ork pouch. Why are we selling....Traffic, wonderful" drivers, he open road is great but where we live seems you need to have your license revoked to drive here (insert sad face here). Literally in the years we have had this bike I have put 60-70 miles on it, ime for a better home for it. Feel free to contact me with any questions, r any other pictures. John
