Honda CB750 Cafe Racer - 836cc upgrade

Parting ways with my 1975 Honda CB750 Cafe Racer. The bike is currently in the shop getting everything looked over for the new owner. Wiring, harging system, ew battery, ront calipers rebuilt, arbs cleaned and tuned, nside of tank cleaned, tc. I'll provide receipt showing the $350 bill proving I just had the bike gone over for the new buyer. The bike comes with no warranty but I want to make sure it's good to go for the new owner. I'm not the type of person to pull one over on people and I would expect the same when I buy something too. Don't get me wrong. The bike is a 1975. Some parts are still original. It's not spotless and does have some wear. There are some chips in the paint and and few scratches here and there. One plastic side covers for the battery/oil tank has some cracks in it. Nothing some epoxy can't fix. While this is not a showroom bike, t's well maintained and if anything needs to be done, do it. I ride in NYC on a daily basis so I make sure I have solid transportation.
Bike fires right up and is fast as all hell.
Great bike for you to continue to cafe out. The only reason I'm getting rid of it is because I find myself going way too fast on it and since I'm recently married. I have no desire of going 100+ mph on it anymore. I'm going back to a Harley cruiser.
When I got the bike, he previous owner said the engine was re-built with an 836cc kit. I have no documents on this but I can tell you the bike clearly has been re-built and it looks like the engine has been pulled, leaned and re-painted.
Clean title in hand.

Engine reworked to 836cc from previous owner (no documents given. Just told so I can't verify. You can look at the engine and tell it's obviously been pulled and re-worked though.
Recently inspected and passed with New York inspection. Good for one year.
Keihin Carbs with Pods - Recently tuned and fully cleaned out.
Dual disk conversion on front. Front Calipers just rebuilt.
Rear converted to disk
Clubman bars
LED turn signal intergraded headlight
Tucked led rear turn signals
Modified rear cafe seat. If I had more time, would have changed the seat to a nice cross stitched brown leather.
Painted metallic silver. Not is showroom condition. Shows some wear.
Fiberglass front fender
Mac header with Carpy exhaust pipe. Not crazy loud when idle but when you get on it, ou'll be heard from a few blocks away.
Vertical mount plate with tail light
14,xxx miles on non-original speedo. No clue on the actual mileage since I got this bike 2nd hand.
This video is from August before I changed out the bars, rips, eadlight and some other things on the bike. Its also been re-tuned since then. Just gives you an idea of the bike from a walk-around.
