1973 Honda CB750 Cafe Racer CB 750

My son built this motorcycle 12 years ago. and about 1 year later he got married and left this in my garage. It is time to find it a new home. Selling bike with no reserve. He did a lot of work on this bike. the motor was off of a low mileage bike. Serial # on motor CB750E-2464066. frame # CB7502224192. As you can see. the frame was modified to a single shock. and a brace swing arm. It has also been made so lower frame rails will unbolt to aid in motor removal. Fuel tank and tail section are fiberglass and are handmade (one of a kind). Wheels and tires. O-ring chain and sprockets were replaced and have about 1K of wear. Front rim is 4" wide. polished. stainless. and rear is 5" polished. stainless. with stainless spokes. Approximately $1200 was invested in the wheels alone. Getting ready to sell. I rebuilt carbs. checked valve clearance. cleaned and set points. replaced key switch. replaced headlight bulb. Lights work properly. Kick start only. no electric starter components. No horn or turn signal or speedometer. Tack only. I took it for a ride and all things worked right. motor. transmission. clutch. brakes. Motor and front forks are oil tight. Have clear title in hand.
