Beautiful Illusion Blue 2004 Honda Rune with custom features

This is a beautiful example of what can be only labeled as one of Honda's greatest attempts at motorcycle design. Originally only done as a design study. the feedback from Honda enthusiasts was so overwhelming that Honda decided to make a limited production version. Overall. according to sources at Honda. only 1500 were produced between 2004 and 2005. There were 3 colors available - Double Clear Coat Black. Chandy Black Cherry. and Illusion Blue. Due to the expensive paint process of the Illusion Blue version. nbsp;which literally changes color from blue to purple depending on lighting conditions. these had the lowest amount made. The Rune is a very collectible bike. as the values are on the rise. due to lack of inventory. nbsp;and less bikes being on the road. Unlike a car that gets damaged and can be restored. nbsp;once a Rune has been wrecked. it's out of commission forever. If you're a collector. enthusiast. or just appreciate great design. this bike is for you. as it truly is a rolling piece of art. It comes with an easily removable windshield. passenger pegs (yes. you can ride two up if you prefer). custom seat with better padding for longer miles (I can throw in the original seat as well if the bid is high enough). and Cragar spinner on the back wheel. which can easily be changed back to the stock cover. This is also a fun bike to ride. is guaranteed to bring a smile to your face. and will also bring lots of attention no matter where you go. It rides smooth. has tons of power. goes fast and can pull with lots of torque. sounds like a Hemi. and there is nothing else like a Rune. I'm selling as I don't ride anymore and would love to see this go to a good home.
