1995 Honda Gold Wing Interstate GL 1500 NON-RUNNING Looks good! Needs work

For sale is a 1995 Honda Goldwing GL1500 motorcycle. We took this in on trade and don't know much about it. IT DOES NOT RUN. I am not a motorcycle mechanic but my guess is a blown head gasket. Coolant was low when we got it and it doesn't always want to turn over. could be something small or something big we don't know. Motor seems complete and doesn't seem to be missing any components. Cosmetically its in good shape for its year. Clean bike and has normal cosmetic wear. Most of the plastic is in good shape but some of the mounting points have wear/breakage in and around the trunk. Also it is missing some of the panels as you can see in the pics but the seat is in good shape and has no tears. Also included is another complete seat that is torn and a windshield for it. Tires seem to be in good shape as well. All in all a good project bike for someone. have seen similar bikes running going for around $3500-$4000.
