1982 Honda XR80 XR 80 Dirt Bike Off Road

Amazing. rare. super nice condition. one owner. with clear title. current registration and actual original purchase receipt from December 24th 1981. As you can tell this bike was stored indoors. February of 2015 we revived it from storage. This is what we did:Checked compression and it is perfect at160 psi. Rebuilt the carburetor. replaced the fuel hose and installed a fuel filter. We also did a full service including changing the oil. cleaning the air filter. adjusted the valves and cam chain. lube and adjusted the drive chain. replaced the handlebars. installed a new engine stop switch and replaced the rear tire. We looked inside the gas tank and it is perfect. rust free. shinny and spotless. This bike has no rust issues but does have some minor cosmetic scratches as shown in the many pictures. It is all stock except for the nice Pro Taper aluminum handlebars and the new engine stop button. This bike needs nothing except to be ridden or just admired. I will give you a temporary registration permit on the spot and your new registration will come to you in the mail. You will not stand in line at the DMV and there will be no surprises. If you are outside of California and you ship by common carrier then you will pay only the purchase price and I will hand you or mail you the title. I must have a copy of the shipping contract from the driver when picked up or a bill of lading. Without proof of shipment via common carrier I would need to collect the 8% sales tax. This bike is currently running and is being started up daily as it is ridden in and out for display on Bob Hope Drive in Rancho Mirage. This is just one bike of the many bikes we have for sale.
