Description

I have a 69 750 Honda I would like to sell. The numbers all match Vin# CB750K-1014991 and Eng# CB750E-1015015. I just had the carbs cleaned and sinc'd and the bike runs strong. I installed a new battery/air filter/spark plugs. The paintjob is not original but it is a super quality job and is a dead ringer for the original color(however the gold stripe is a hair wider than original one was) I did not even notice it until it was compared to my original 71 tank. The seat pan is original(see pic) but it has been recovered. I do have a reproduction new "duck tail" seat that is presently on my 71(see pics) will go with bike. The fork gaiters are new but there are no gaiter rings on the fork presently. o the rubber boots just go over the fork tubes. The bike has two no number pipes and two HM300 pipes(they are all in decent shape except for the #4 has some brazing done to the very end of muffler(see pic). The original 2 hole rear fender has a crack in it on the right side(see pic). The original blue airbox has been replaced by a black newer style one. The rims are really nice and the tires are like new. The gauges are in really nice condition with very little fading and no cracks. The bike has a lot of early sandcast parts on it such as double cut front fender/rolled rims/acorn mirror/recessed ignition/plastic gauge lenses/2 hole rear fender with small tailight/and many more early KO items(although it is NOT a sandcast model). The pictures show a wing on the left sidecover(which is not correct)but I did locate and purchase an N. O. S correct one(see pic) new in the package that will go with the bike!! I am trying to describe the bike to the best of my ability so there will be no surprises and you will have the info you need to decide if it is a bike you want to pursue or not. The price I am asking is fair and reflects the items that need attention. This bike will only gain in value and meanwhile you can locate the parts to finish the restore of it. i also have the factory owners manual and the tool kit is under the seat in a red cloth pouch. I do have a few connections for shipping and I will make myself available to help load this bike. Please e-mail if you have any questions or concerns and I will get back to you asap. Please excuse the dust and dirt on the bike(I just had rotator cuff surgery and only have use of my right arm!) I would of detailed it better before taking pics for my auction otherwise.
