1978 Honda CB 750 Café Racer. No expense spared or short cuts taken. Completely rebuilt from the ground up. Bike was completely disassembled. the frame was then de-tabbed and smoothed. Motor was given a fresh top end. honed cylinders new pistons. and a rebuilt head. The motor was then thoroughly cleaned and then re-painted to factory specs. All engine covers and valve cover was professionally polished prior to re assembly. Newly rebuilt. re-jetted. nbsp;polished and coated early model carburetors by carburetor Keith in Ontario California. Custom one off cast aluminum velocity stacks polished with gravel guards. Custom Oil Tank that allows the bike to have the open center look. Stock fittings and lines were fitted to new tank to facilitate proper oiling pressure and volume. Oil tank is also dished on the wheel side and functions as an inner fender. Yoshimura style exhaust. black ceramic coat. 4 stage custom candy orange metallic paint with black graphics. This is a real candy paint job. The parts were first primed then painted heavy flake silver. then the candy orange was applied. then the black graphics and finally many quarts of clear. All paint work was wet sanded and buffed to a high gloss finish. The paint is flawless. one picture it looks like there could be a scratch on the tail section. I can assure you there is not. Custom bracket installed to remove tachometer and allow the speedometer to sit in the center of the triple tree. Terozzi Fork brace installed to stiffen up the front in the absence of a front fender. Right fork leg put on a lathe and turned down to remove unnecessary factory brackets. All Ballz racing bearings in both wheels and fork bearings. Custom mill work and drill patterns throughout the bike including the front rotor. New brakes front and rear. Custom rear-sets linkage and brackets. All electrics hidden under the rear cowl with small light weight lithium ion battery. This bike only looks better in person. The bike scored 98 points at the prestige's El Camino show here in socal.
